Hosted connector

In an assistant that supports remote MCP servers, add a custom connector with these settings:

• Name: Beveled
• Server URL: https://mcp.beveled.app/mcp
• Transport: Streamable HTTP
• Authentication: None. No API key or request headers are needed.

The hosted connector processes supplied content on Beveled's Cloudflare server and returns a preview plus the finished file. It accepts public media URLs and data URLs. Supported chat hosts can also pass an attachment's download URL. Files and localhost servers on your computer are available only to the local MCP package. Read the privacy policy before sharing content.

Rendering time and files

Still renders usually take tens of seconds. Videos can take several minutes; allow a ten-minute tool timeout if your host supports it. A host with a fixed one-minute timeout may stop waiting before a video finishes.

Hosted results include a JPEG preview and a download link for the finished image or video. Download promptly: links expire within ten minutes and can expire earlier after a restart or when the shared cache fills. Anyone with the unguessable link can download that result while it is available. To render directly in your browser, use the Beveled studio.

Troubleshooting

• If the connector cannot connect, check the exact server URL above, select no authentication, and remove request headers.
• If a media download fails, check that its URL opens without signing in. Local file paths cannot be read by the hosted connector.
• If webpage capture reports a navigation timeout, try a simpler public page. Some pages keep loading external content or block automated capture.
• If a video times out, increase your assistant's tool timeout when available or export it in the browser studio.
• If a download link has expired, render again. The server keeps at most 32 recent files in temporary memory.
